1960 Austin Healey Sprite

Car is in very good condition. No rust. Completely converted to race car condition so would probably take alot to convert back to street condition. Runs excellent and quite peppy. The engine is an original Austin Healey 948 cc motor. I have looked through the paperwork that was given to me when I purchased the car and can find no information as to what if any internal engine work has been done. There are 2 SCAA books dating from the early 70's to 80's which detail some of the racing the car had been in.The prior owner did plenty of upgrades to the car including wrapping the exhaust pipes. He did inform me that, though functional, he did not get a chance to hook up the second fuel pump. Things missing, though not really missing, removed to make the car lighter for racing: windshield, seat, and alternator. A normal Healey seat could be fitted on the drivers side, but it would take some modifications to get the passenger seat in. The hood pictured is fiberglass, however there is a steel hood that comes with it. That hood is in fair shape with rust damage to the lower front cowl. There is also the original mold for recreating the fiberglass hood. Numerous spare parts come with this vehicle, including spare engine, transmissions, radiators, tires, etc. I have a video of the car running, but could not get it to upload. If you want to see it contact me and I will either email it or text it to you. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO TITLE! (no option to put that for eBay so it says clear). Further for same reasons, mileage is unknown, but no way to list that in drop down menus on eBay.
